Manuel "Manny" Espitia was an American politician serving as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives for the Hillsborough 31 district. He assumed office on December 5, 2018, and left office on December 7, 2022. Early life and education Espitia was raised in Santa Ana, California. After graduating from Midland School in 2007, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and African American studies from Princeton University. The New Hampshire Democratic Party (NHDP) is the affiliate of the Democratic Party in the U.S. state of New Hampshire.
