Bill Everett
William Blake Everett (; May 18, 1917 – February 27, 1973) was an American comic book writer-artist best known for creating Namor the Sub-Mariner as well as co-creating Zombie (comics), Zombie and Daredevil (Marvel Comics character), Daredevil with writer Stan Lee for Marvel Comics. He was allegedly a descendant of the childless poet William Blake and of Richard Everett, founder of Dedham, Massachusetts. Iron Fist (Daniel Thomas "Danny" Rand) is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Roy Thomas and Gil Kane, Iron Fist first appeared in ''Marvel Premiere'' #15 (May 1974). The character is a practitioner of martial arts and the wielder of a mystical force known as the Iron Fist, which allows him to summon and focus his ''Qi, chi''. This ability is obtained from the city of Kunlun (mythology), K'un-Lun, which appears on Earth every 10 years. Zheng Zu (Chinese languages, Chinese: 鄭祖), originally known as Fu Manchu, is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Based on Sax Rohmer's Fu Manchu, character of the same name, he is the leader of the Five Weapons Society criminal organization and the father and arch-enemy of Shang-Chi. The character debuted in ''Special Marvel Edition'' #15 (cover-dated December 1973) in the Bronze Age of Comic Books, under the name "Fu Manchu", based on the Fu Manchu, Sax Rohmer character of the same name and adapted into Marvel Comics by Steve Englehart and Jim Starlin.
