Amazarashi
Amazarashi (stylized as amazarashi) is a Japanese rock band from Aomori, currently signed to Sony Music Japan. Formed in 2007, its members are Hiromu Akita (lead vocals, guitar, songwriter) and Manami Toyokawa (keyboard). They have released six singles which have all reached the top 20 of the Oricon charts. Tokyo Ghoul √A
The second season of the ''Tokyo Ghoul'' anime television series, titled ''Tokyo Ghoul √A'', is produced by Pierrot, and directed by Shuhei Morita. The season aired from January to March 2015 on Tokyo MX, TVO, TVA, TVQ, MRO, BS Dlife and AT-X. The season roughly adapts the second half of the ''Tokyo Ghoul'' manga, although, ''√A'' does not directly adapt everything from the manga. Rather, it mixes in the manga's content with an anime original story composition credited towards the author Sui Ishida. The season follows Ken Kaneki after he joins Aogiri Tree, as the group begins their battle against the CCG, who are trying to exterminate the ghoul organization. Dororo (2019 TV Series)
is a 2019 anime television series produced by Tezuka Productions and animated by MAPPA based on the manga of the same name by Osamu Tezuka, and is the second anime adaptation after the 1969 series. The adaptation departs from the source material in several ways, but follows the basic premise of the manga: a young '' ronin'', named Hyakkimaru, along with a young child, Dororo, must face multiple demons in Sengoku-era Japan who have stolen his various body parts in order to get them back. The main innovation was the new portrayal of Hyakkimaru, a weaker samurai than the one written by Tezuka with director Kazuhiro Furuhashi among other staff member conceiving the alternate of take of the young swordsman becoming a new person following his journey with Dororo in a similar manner to buddy films. Teru Teru Bōzu
A is a small traditional handmade doll hung outside doors and windows in Japan in hope of sunny weather. Made from tissue paper or cloth, ''teru teru bōzu'' charms are usually white, ghost-like figures with strings tied around their necks. The words meaning 'to shine' and referring to a Buddhist monk, the doll is said to represent a monk's bald head, which would shine during sunny weather. The doll therefore calls to a monk's magical powers to stop or prevent rain. Traditionally, if the weather does turn out well, a libation of holy sake is poured over them, and they are washed away in the river.
