''Alterations'' is a two-part 1988 Australian television film for the ABC shot in 1987 at Canberra. It deals with a married couple and their respective affairs.Ed. Cory Taylor (writer)
Cory Taylor (1955 – 5 July 2016) was an Australian writer. Taylor was born in Southport, Queensland and lived in Fiji and Kenya as a child. She studied history at the Australian National University, and then worked as a freelance film and television writer, with her work including the 1988 two-part television film '' Alterations'' for the ABC. Her first books were the ''Rat Tales'' and ''Bandaged Bear'' series of children's books. Diagnosed with melanoma in 2005, Taylor turned to writing fiction and her 2011 début novel, ''Me and Mr Booker'', won the Commonwealth Book Prize for the Pacific Region in 2012. Her next book, ''My Beautiful Enemy'' (2013), was shortlisted for the Miles Franklin Award. As her health worsened, Taylor wrote her last book '' Dying: A Memoir'', which was published just before her death from melanoma-related brain cancer on 5 July 2016. Angela Punch McGregor (born 21 January 1953) is an Australian stage and film actress. Early life Punch McGregor fell in love with theatre, while acting in school plays from the age of 13. Her first role was as the 'Spoon' in ''The Owl and the Pussy-Cat''. Richard Moir
Richard Moir (born 1950) is an Australian former actor and editor. Career Moir initially began his career as a film editor for low-budget 1970s Australian films and TV series, many of which were the work of director Esben Storm. Moir struck up a friendship with Storm that was instrumental in kick-starting his acting career. He first became known for his role in the TV soap opera ''Prisoner'' (also known as ''Prisoner: Cell Block H'') as the original character of electrician Eddie Cook. Alan David Lee (born 1955 or 1956) is an Australian actor. Early life Lee grew up on a farm in Kenya before moving to Australia when he was 7. He graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in 1981. When he had initially applied, he was encouraged to gain practical life experience first, so he withdrew his application and moved to North Queensland where he drove road trains in Mount Isa, cut railway sleepers, and was a truck driver.
