Alok Kumar Mehta
Alok Kumar Mehta (born 3 November 1966) is an Indian politician from the state of Bihar. He is a founder member of Rashtriya Janata Dal and has served as Principal General Secretary of the party. Mehta is said to be political mentor of Tejashwi Yadav. Political career A son of Tulsidas Mehta, Alok Kumar Mehta was elected a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Ujiyarpur state assembly constituency in the 2015 Bihar Legislative Assembly election. He served as Minister to the Department of Co-operatives in the Government of Bihar, until 2017 when the Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar resigned. His sister Suheli Mehta is also a politician who joined Janata Dal (United), a rival political party of RJD in 2017. Alok is gender non-conforming and transfeminine, and uses the singular ''they'' third person pronouns. Alok Nembang
Alok Nembang was a Nepali film director. He was also a well-known music video director in Nepal for more than a decade. Career After returning to Nepal from the United States, where he gained knowledge about theater and film-making, Alok directed over 500 music videos of Nepali music. In an interview he had once stated, "I am inspired by many things and incorporate them on my work but I don't copy". He began his career as a VJ in Image Channel in Nepal in 1998. His debut music video was ''Lakhau Patak'' by Nabin K. Bhattarai. Alok acted in the Limbu language film '' Numafung'' in 2004. His passion for making films was fulfilled with the production of ''Sano Sansar'' (2008), which was a big hit.
