Alley Broussard
Alley Joseph Broussard III (born September 6, 1983) is an American former college football running back for the LSU Tigers and the Missouri Southern Lions. He was a part of LSU's 2003 team that won the BCS National Championship. Against Ole Miss in 2004, Broussard rushed for 250 yards, setting the LSU single-game rushing record. The record stood until 2016, when it was surpassed by a 284-yard performance from Leonard Fournette, also against Ole Miss. Early life Broussard was born in Lafayette, Louisiana to Alley Jr. and Liz Broussard. He played football at Acadiana High School in Scott, Louisiana. In 2001, he rushed for a school single-game record 321 yards against New Iberia, and in 2002 set school records with six touchdowns and 36 points against Carencro. He rushed for 2,252 yards and 25 touchdowns as a junior and 1,910 yards and 27 touchdowns as a senior. A running back (RB) is a member of the offensive backfield in gridiron football. Leonard Fournette
Leonard Joseph Fournette III (born January 18, 1995) is an American professional football running back. He played college football for the LSU Tigers, and was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars with the fourth overall pick in the 2017 NFL draft. Fournette had near-unprecedented hype headed into college in 2014 after an outstanding career at St. Augustine High School in New Orleans. He won the 2013 ''USA Today'' High School Football Offensive Player of the Year and was named the top-ranked recruit in 2014 senior class according to ESPN, '' 247Sports.com'', and CBS Sports. 2004 Iowa Hawkeyes Football Team
The 2004 Iowa Hawkeyes football team represented the University of Iowa in the 2004 NCAA Division I-A football season. They played their home games in Kinnick Stadium and were coached by Kirk Ferentz. Finishing the 2003 season with a 10–3 record and an Outback Bowl victory, the Hawkeyes began the season 2–0 with wins over Kent State and Iowa State. But after rocky performances at Arizona State and Michigan, the Hawkeyes sat at 2–2 going into their game with Michigan State. The Hawkeyes handily defeated the Spartans 38–16, and turned their attention to Ohio State, a team whom the Hawkeyes had not beaten at home since 1983. 2005 Capital One Bowl
The 2005 Capital One Bowl was a post-season college football bowl game between the Iowa Hawkeyes and the LSU Tigers on January 1, 2005, at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida. Spread bettors favored LSU by seven points, but Iowa won, 30–25, when quarterback Drew Tate completed a 56-yard pass to wide receiver Warren Holloway for a touchdown as time expired. The game was part of the 2004 college football season and was the concluding game of the season for both teams. Prior to the game, LSU head coach Nick Saban announced that he was leaving LSU to become the head coach for the Miami Dolphins. Justin Vincent (born January 25, 1983) is a former American football running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). Joseph Kwaku Duah Addai Jr. ( ) (born May 3, 1983) is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the first round (30th overall pick) of the 2006 NFL draft out of Louisiana State University.
