All TV (stylized as ALLTV) is a Philippine free-to-air broadcast television network based in Mandaluyong, with its broadcast facilities and studios located at Starmall EDSA-Shaw in EDSA corner Shaw Boulevard; its transmitter is located at the ABS-CBN Corporation-owned Millennium Transmitter site, Sgt. Esguerra Ave, Brgy. South Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City and currently broadcasts on weekdays from 12 noon to 10:30 p.m. and weekends from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. It serves as the flagship property of Advanced Media Broadcasting System. All TV's flagship television station is DZMV-TV which carries the VHF Channel 2 (analog broadcast) and UHF Channel 16 (digital broadcast) previously used by ABS-CBN under DWWX-TV after its broadcast franchise lapsed in 2020. The ABS-CBN franchise renewal controversy is a national dispute in the Philippines regarding the renewal of the congressional franchise that would have allowed Philippine media network ABS-CBN to continue broadcasting. Disputes between the government of President Rodrigo Duterte and ABS-CBN arose on the terms and conditions of the franchise renewal agreement. The Millennium Transmitter is a tall mast owned by ABS-CBN Corporation and operated by Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS) located at the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center, Mother Ignacia Street corner Sgt. Esguerra Avenue, Barangay South Triangle, Quezon City. Since September 2022, the transmitter is being used by AMBS to serve as the platform for television transmission of All TV on analog Channel 2 and digital Channel 16 (frequencies formerly used by ABS-CBN itself as its flagship station DWWX-TV and transmits from this tower before it ceased broadcast operations in 2020).
