"All My Favorite Songs" is a song by the American Rock music, rock band Weezer, released on January 21, 2021, as the first single from their fourteenth studio album ''OK Human''. A music video was released on the same day. Composition The song begins with an introduction in A-flat major. After this, the song transitions to E major, which continues throughout the rest of the song. In contrast to the recent hard rock-oriented singles from ''Van Weezer'', "All My Favorite Songs" is more of a baroque pop and chamber pop song. According to ''Spin (magazine), Spin'', "The Orchestral pop, orchestral Pop rock, pop-rock song is right in the Weezer wheelhouse, sounding like the logical next step in the evolution of Rivers Cuomo." In regards to the song's title and lyrics, Cuomo stated that it reflects his music taste, by declaring "All my favorite songs are slow and sad." Weezer
Weezer is an American rock band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1992. Baroque Pop
Baroque pop (sometimes called baroque rock) is a fusion genre that combines rock music with particular elements of classical music. Ryan Keberle (born June 16, 1980) is an American trombone player, composer, arranger, and educator. Erik Ralske is an American classical horn player. He has been principal horn of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra since 2010, following seventeen seasons as third horn of the New York Philharmonic. Scott Gardner Shriner (born July 11, 1965) is an American musician best known as a member of the rock band Weezer, with whom he has recorded twelve studio albums. Joining the band in 2001, Shriner is the band's longest serving bass guitarist. Prior to his musical career, Shriner was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps. At the age of twenty-five, he moved to Los Angeles, California, to pursue a career in music, attending the Musicians Institute.
