All Ends
All Ends was a female-fronted duet alternative metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden. Founded in 2003, it started as a side project of the In Flames guitarists Björn Gelotte and Jesper Strömblad; alongside Tinna Karlsdotter, Joseph "Joey" Skansås, and Björn's sister Emma Gelotte. Currently, the band is on hiatus. History With the initial line-up of Jesper Strömblad and Björn Gelotte handling bass and guitars, Joseph "Joey" Skansås playing drums as well as Emma Gelotte and Tinna Karlsdotter on vocal duties, they recorded a five-track demo. The demo was recorded at Studio Fredman and produced by Fredrik Nordström and Patrick J. Sten. After the initial demo recording, numerous bassists supported the band, including Michael Håkansson. The Jester Race
''The Jester Race'' is the second studio album by Swedish heavy metal band In Flames, released in February 1996. It is the first album to feature Anders Fridén as the band's vocalist, Björn Gelotte as the drummer, and Jester Head as the band's mascot. The album was the band's second full-length album released following the more mainstream success of their 1995 EP, '' Subterranean''. ''The Jester Race'' was recorded at Studio Fredman by Fredrik Nordström, who also contributed keyboards for the album. The song "Dead Eternity" was originally on the Subterranean (EP) and the song "Dead God in Me" was also originally on the Subterranean (EP) but with a different title, "The Inborn Lifeless". Although, the version on The Jester Race has different lyrics, a different ending, and a slightly different solo. Crush 40
Crush 40 is a Japanese-American hard rock band. The group consists of guitarist and composer Jun Senoue and principal vocalist Johnny Gioeli. Crush 40 is best known for producing most soundtracks for the Sonic The Hedgehog series in the 2000s. Senoue has been employed by Sega as a composer since 1993. While preparing music for ''Sonic Adventure'', he contacted Gioeli to perform the game's theme song, "Open Your Heart". They also recorded the soundtrack for '' NASCAR Arcade'' under the name "Sons of Angels", which was released in Japan as the album ''Thrill of the Feel'' (2000). Afterward, Senoue and Gioeli continued recording music for further ''Sonic'' titles, as well as their own original songs. Johnny Gioeli ( ; born October 5, 1967) is an American rock music, rock singer. He is the lead vocalist of Hardline (band), Hardline, Crush 40, and Axel Rudi Pell's Axel Rudi Pell#Band members, backing band. He is best known for his musical contributions to the ''Sonic the Hedgehog'' video game series since 1998, as part of Crush 40. Biography Gioeli's musical career began in the early 1980s after forming the band Phaze with his older brother, Joey. is a 2009 platform game developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega for the Wii. Sweden Rock Festival is a rock festival outside the town of Sölvesborg in Blekinge in southern Sweden. The festival offers the best possible mix of classic rock, hard rock, metal, blues and related genres. The first version of the festival, known as Sommarfestivalen i Olofström, was held in Olofström in 1992. In 1993 the festival moved to Karlshamn, and changed its name to Karlshamn Rock Festival. In 1998, the festival moved to Norje, although the name Karlshamn Rock Festival was kept. In 1999 the name was changed to the Sweden Rock Festival.
