The United States national under-23 rugby union team, known as the Men's Collegiate All-Americans, represents the United States in rugby union at U23 level. It is currently sponsored by multinational insurance corporation, AIG. Gavin Hickie is the Head Coach and Director of Rugby for the United States Naval Academy. Hickie led the Midshipmen to their first ever National Championship win in 2023. The Navy rugby team went undefeated throughout the season, culminating in an 18-0 record. Gavin is a professional rugby coach and author of the rugby coaching book, Rugby Reveale Hickie was the head coach of the Dartmouth Big Green, Dartmouth College rugby team 2012 to 2017, following the departure of former Dartmouth head coach Alex Magleby to coach the US national rugby sevens team. Bryce Campbell (rugby Union)
Bryce Campbell (born September 21, 1994) is an American rugby union player who currently plays for the Chicago Hounds of Major League Rugby (MLR). He also plays for the United States national rugby union team. Amateur career Campbell began playing rugby with the Royal Irish at Cathedral High School in Indianapolis. He studied business at Indiana University, and toured Australia with the College All-Americans in 2015. Professional career Campbell spent a season with the Glendale Raptors of Major League Rugby in 2018, reaching the MLR Championship game against the Seattle Seawolves. Conor Kearns (rugby Union)
Conor Kearns (born March 12, 1993) is an Irish-American rugby union player who last played wing, fullback and fly-half for the San Diego Legion, the USA under-20's and the USA Selects. Early life Kearns was born in San Francisco to Irish parents originally from Dublin. When Kearns was still a child the family moved to Limerick where he would grow up playing with Old Crescent. University Kearns completed a degree in Molecular Medicine and Immunology at Trinity College and competed with the university's rugby club in the AIL league. He went on to pursue a Master's in Pharmacology at the University of Oxford, where he also played for the rugby club in the famed Varsity match against Cambridge.
