Aliyu Sani Madaki
Aliyu Sani Madaki (born 15 January 1967) is a Nigerian politician from the New Nigeria People's Party. Career He was elected in the 2023 Nigerian House of Representatives election. Following his election he was interrogated by the police over an alleged unlawful possession of a firearm. On 4 July 2023 he was appointed Deputy House Minority Leader. Personal life In 2023, his daughter Bilkisu married the son of Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin. Dala is a densely populated Local Government Area in Kano State, Nigeria within Kano city created in May 1989 from the old Kano Municipal Local Government. It is located in the north-west part of the Kano metropolis. Its headquarter is in Gwammaja. History Dala local government area was established in May 1989. 2023 Nigerian House Of Representatives Election
The 2023 Nigerian House of Representatives elections were held on 25 February 2023 where voters elected members of the House of Representatives using first-past-the-post voting in all 360 federal constituencies. The last regular House elections for all districts were in 2019. Other federal elections, including the Senate elections and the presidential election, held on the same date while state elections were held two weeks afterwards on 18 March.
