Alison Rich (actress)
Alison Rich is an American actress, writer, and director. She is best known for her acting on ''The Goldbergs (2013 TV series), The Goldbergs'' and ''The Other Two'' and for her short films that have been screened at the Sundance Film Festival and SXSW. Life and career Rich was raised in Port Washington, New York, Port Washington, Long Island, New York. She received her bachelor's degree from Harvard University. Rich trained in improv and sketch comedy at UCB Theatre in New York. She joined the ''Saturday Night Live'' writing staff in 2014. She later wrote for ''Billy on the Street'', and appeared on ''Best Week Ever'', ''Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,'' ''Drunk History'', ''Tuca & Bertie'', ''Angie Tribeca'', and ''2 Broke Girls''. South by Southwest (SXSW) is an annual conglomeration of parallel film, interactive media, and music festivals and Convention (meeting), conferences organized jointly that take place in mid-March in Austin, Texas.
