Alisher Yergali
Alisher Yergali (born 12 April 1999) is a Kazakh freestyle wrestler. He is a four-time medalist at the Asian Wrestling Championships. He represented Kazakhstan at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan and the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. Career Yergali won the bronze medal at the Asian Wrestling Championships, both in 2019 and in 2020. In 2019, Yergali competed in the men's freestyle 97kg event at the World Wrestling Championships held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. He lost his bronze medal match against Magomedgadzhi Nurov of North Macedonia. In 2021, Yergali won one of the bronze medals in the men's 97 kg event at the Poland Open held in Warsaw. He competed in the men's freestyle 97kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. He won his first match against Mohammed Fardj of Algeria by walkover and he was then eliminated by Süleyman Karadeniz of Turkey. The 50th Yasar Dogu Tournament 2022, was a wrestling event held in Istanbul, Turkey between 24 and 27 February 2022. It was held as the first of the ranking series together with the 2022 Vehbi Emre & Hamit Kaplan Tournament. Süleyman Mustafa Karadeniz (born 12 July 1995) is a Turkish freestyle wrestler. He won the gold medal in the 92kg event at the 2020 European Wrestling Championships held in Rome, Italy. Career In 2019, Karadeniz competed in the men's freestyle event of the 2019 Wrestling World Cup. In the same year, he also competed at the 2019 World Wrestling Championships held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan in the 92kg event without winning a medal. He is a bronze medalist at the African Games and a three-time medalist, including two gold medals, at the African Wrestling Championships.
