Alisher Yergali
Alisher Yergali (born 12 April 1999) is a Kazakh freestyle wrestler. He is a four-time medalist at the Asian Wrestling Championships. He represented Kazakhstan at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan and the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. Career Yergali won the bronze medal at the Asian Wrestling Championships, both in 2019 and in 2020. In 2019, Yergali competed in the men's freestyle 97kg event at the World Wrestling Championships held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. He lost his bronze medal match against Magomedgadzhi Nurov of North Macedonia. In 2021, Yergali won one of the bronze medals in the men's 97 kg event at the Poland Open held in Warsaw. He competed in the men's freestyle 97kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. He won his first match against Mohammed Fardj of Algeria by walkover and he was then eliminated by Süleyman Karadeniz of Turkey. 2021 World Wrestling Championships
The 2021 World Wrestling Championships was the 17th edition of the World Wrestling Championships of combined events and was held from 2 to 10 October 2021 in Oslo, Norway. The event was subsequent to the 2019 World Championships due to the cancelation of the 2020 edition during the COVID-19 pandemic. 2022 Yasar Dogu Tournament
The 50th Yasar Dogu Tournament 2022, was a wrestling event held in Istanbul, Turkey between 24 and 27 February 2022. It was held as the first of the ranking series together with the 2022 Vehbi Emre & Hamit Kaplan Tournament. Süleyman Mustafa Karadeniz (born 12 July 1995) is a Turkish freestyle wrestler. He won the gold medal in the 92kg event at the 2020 European Wrestling Championships held in Rome, Italy. Career In 2019, Karadeniz competed in the men's freestyle event of the 2019 Wrestling World Cup. In the same year, he also competed at the 2019 World Wrestling Championships held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan in the 92kg event without winning a medal. He won his first match against Shamil Zubairov of Azerbaijan but lost his next match against Alikhan Zhabrailov of Russia. Zhabrailov went on to win one of the bronze medals. Mohammed Fardj (born 19 July 1998) is an Algerian freestyle wrestler. He is a bronze medalist at the African Games and a three-time medalist, including two gold medals, at the African Wrestling Championships. Career He represented Algeria in the men's freestyle 97 kg event at the 2018 Mediterranean Games held in Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain.
