Alireza Zamani
Alireza Zamani (born 11 January 1994) is an Iranian arachnologist and taxonomist. Life and career Zamani has been interested in spiders since childhood, when he spent most of his time collecting and rearing different species that he could collect from the family garden. Influenced by his high school biology teacher, he decided to study animal biology at the University of Tehran in order to pursue his arachnological interests. Tehran (; fa, تهران ) is the largest city in Tehran Province and the capital of Iran. Lycosa Aragogi
''Lycosa aragogi'' is a species of the araneomorph spider family Lycosidae endemic to Kerman Province, Iran. The female holotype measured 26 mm, (excluding the legs), with two black and three white stripes of setae on its cephalothorax, black setae on its chelicerae, and scattered dots and patterns of black and white setae on its abdomen. Discovery and naming This species was named after Aragog, the fictional spider from "Harry Potter" series by J.K. Rowling, as it resembled the animatronic puppet version of this character created for the movie '' Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets''. Kumonga
is a mutated, enormous spider-like kaiju that first appears in Toho's 1967 film ''Son of Godzilla'' and went on to appear in the films ''Destroy All Monsters'', ''All Monsters Attack'' (through stock footage) and '' Godzilla: Final Wars''. In the English language version of ''Son of Godzilla'', Kumonga is referred to as Spiga, while subsequent films refer to it by its original name. Spitting spiders (Scytodidae) is a family of araneomorph spiders first described by John Blackwall in 1864. It contains over 250 species in five genera, of which '' Scytodes'' is the best-known. Description Like recluse spiders and coneweb spiders, they have six eyes arranged in three pairs and are haplogyne, meaning they have less complex female genitalia. The Joker is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics.
