Shia Islam is the second-largest Islamic schools and branches, branch of Islam. Alireza Assar (; born January 24, 1970 in Tehran) is an Iranian musician and Persian pop singer and composer, and piano and guitar player. Biography The oldest child of a four-member family in Tehran, He studied the piano under the supervision of Kavous Samandar, Javad Maaroufi and Mostafa Pourtorab. His first concert was in Aboureihan-e Birooni Hall in Shahid Beheshti University at age 16. Since then he had several concerts worldwide. Alireza Nourizadeh
Ali Reza Nourizadeh (, born 24 June 1949 in Tehran) is an Iranian scholar, literary figure, journalist, political activist and an expert on Iranian contemporary history. Career Nourizadeh is a political refugee from Iran. After fleeing to the United Kingdom, he obtained his Ph.D. from the University of London in International Relations. He is a monarchist. Nourizadeh himself has been active in the Iranian journalistic milieu since 1967. Before Iranian Revolution, he was editor of ''Ettela'at'', a strongly pro-Shah Iranian newspaper. Alireza Mashayekhi (; born 1940) is an Iranian musician, composer, conductor and academic. He is one of the first composers in Iran to represent avant-garde and electroacoustic music. Early life and education Mashayekhi was born in Tehran in 1940. After graduating from the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, he went to Utrecht, the Netherlands, to study electronic and computer music at the Institute of Sonology under Gottfried Michael Koenig. Alireza Marandi (; born 1939) is an Iranian politician, physician, and professor of Pediatrics and Neonatology at the Shahid Beheshti University. He was also an associate professor at Wright State University before returning to Iran during the Iranian Revolution. Marandi is a former two-term Minister of Health (and Medical Education) during the premiership of Mir Hossein Mousavi as well as the second-term presidency of Mr. H. Rafsanjani. Alireza Mansourian (; born 2 December 1971) is an Iranian association football, football coach and retired player. Club career Mansourian was born in Tehran. During his career, he played for Singapore S.League clubs: Balestier Khalsa FC, Balestier Khalsa and Geylang International FC, Geylang United along with the Iranian club Esteghlal F.C., Esteghlal. Alireza Jafarzadeh () is an Iranian dissident, media commentator on the Middle East, and US representative of the People's Mujahedin of Iran. Alireza Ghorbani (; born 4 February 1972) is an Iranian traditional vocalist. Biography He began his career by reciting the Quran. Soon he started eagerly learning traditional Iranian music.
