''Alipato at Muog'' () is a 2024 Philippine independent documentary film revolving around activist Jonas Burgos who was forcibly disappeared by suspected military personnel in 2007. Written, shot, edited and directed by JL Burgos, Jonas's brother, the film premiered at the 2024 Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival on August 2, 2024. The film was produced by Pulang Langgam Media Productions. The movie was distributed by GMA Public Affairs for GMA Pictures. Production ''Alipato at Muog'' is about activist Jonas Burgos who was abducted at the Ever Gotesco Commonwealth shopping mall in Quezon City by suspected military personnel on April 28, 2007. 4 (four) is a number, numeral and digit. It is the natural number following 3 and preceding 5. It is a square number, the smallest semiprime and composite number, and is considered unlucky in many East Asian cultures. A compilation of independently produced public service announcements, the film is themed around the "present human rights situation in the Philippines". Filmmakers Sunshine Matutina and Kiri Dalena made the film to bring attention to the enforced disappearance of activist Jonas Burgos in April 2007, a case which has remained unsolved as of 2023. The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB; ; is a Philippine government agency under the Office of the President of the Philippines that is responsible for the classification and review of television programs, motion pictures and home videos.
