Alhassan Ado Garba popularly known as Alhassan Doguwa (born August 14, 1965) is the Majority Leader of House of Representatives of Nigerian today. He is an All Progressive Congress (APC) member representing Doguwa/ Tudun Wada Federal Constituency of Kano State. Early life and education Born on 14 August 1965 from a Hausa political family. Parliamentary elections were held in Nigeria on 30 December 1964, although they were not held until 18 March 1965 in some constituencies in Eastern Region, Lagos, and Mid-Western Region due to a boycott in December. The Niger Delta Development Commission is a federal government agency established by Nigerian president Olusegun Obasanjo in the year 2000 with the sole mandate of developing the oil-rich Niger Delta region of Nigeria. Adolphus Nduneweh Wabara (born 1 June 1948) is a Nigerian politician and diplomat who served as the 10th Senate President of Nigeria from 2003 to 2005.
