Aleš Česen
Aleš Česen (born 26 April 1982) is a Slovenian climber, mountaineer, mountain guide and entrepreneur. Climbing career In 2015, Česen was awarded Piolet d'Or for the ascent of the north face of Hagshu along with Marko Prezelj and Luca Lindič. In 2019, he received the award again for the North ridge of Latok I in 2019 with his climbing partners, Tom Livingstone and Luka Stražar. In 2017, Česen was awarded Alpinist of the year award, by the Alpine Association of Slovenia. Personal life Česen has a PhD in Civil Engineering, and is an IFMGA/UIAGM mountain guide. and climbing instructor. Ales has two sons. His father is the Slovenian mountaineer, Tomo Česen. Kranj
Kranj (, ) is the List of cities and towns in Slovenia, fourth-largest city in Slovenia and the largest urban center of the traditional region of Upper Carniola (northwestern Slovenia) and the Slovene Alps. It is located approximately northwest of the national capital Ljubljana, acting as the seat of the City Municipality of Kranj. Kula Kangri
Kula Kangri is a mountain in the Eastern Himalayas that has an elevation of , making it the 45th highest mountain on Earth and one of the Ultras of the Himalayas. Trango Towers
__NOTOC__ The Trango Towers () are a family of rock towers situated in the Gilgit-Baltistan region, in the northern part of Pakistan. The Towers have some of the world's largest cliffs and offer some of the most challenging big wall climbing opportunities. Each year, climbers from around the world embark on expeditions to the Karakoram region to climb these granite faces. The Trango Towers are situated to the north of the Baltoro Glacier and are part of the Baltoro Muztagh, which is a sub-range of the Karakoram. Zanskar
Zanskar, Zahar (locally) or Zangskar, is the southwestern region of Kargil district in the Indian union territory of Ladakh. The administrative centre of Zanskar is Padum. Zanskar, together with the rest of Ladakh, was briefly a part of the kingdom of Geography of Tibet, Western Tibet called Ngari Khorsum. Mount Hunter (Alaska)
Mount Hunter or Begguya is a mountain in Denali National Park and Preserve, Denali National Park in Alaska. It is approximately south of Denali, the highest peak in North America. "Begguya" means child (of Denali) in the Dena'ina language. Mount Hunter is the third-highest major peak in the Alaska Range. Mount Hunter has a complex structure: it is topped by a large, low-angled glacier plateau, connecting the North (Main) Summit and the South Summit ().
