Alexis Strum
Alexis Strum is an English songwriter, singer, actress, and writer. Biography Early life Strum was born and brought up in an Orthodox Jewish family in Chingford, Essex. Aged 6, she began writing songs. Strum formed local bands, performing Elastica and L7 covers, before experimenting with computer-aided production to emulate the sound of a full live band on her own. She studied English at King's College London, gaining a degree in English Literature. Whilst there she was Music Editor of the university newspaper, ''Roar'', interviewed bands and wrote a fashion and beauty column for the now defunct ''Insync'' magazine. After graduating and working odd jobs around London for a few years, she signed a publishing deal with Mike Sault at Warner Chappell. Mercury Records
Mercury Records is an American record label owned by Universal Music Group. It had significant success as an independent operation in the 1940s and 1950s. Smash Records and Fontana Records were sub labels of Mercury. Tamzin Maria Outhwaite (; born 5 November 1970) is an English actress, presenter and narrator. Guy Chambers
Guy Antony Chambers (born 12 January 1963) is an English songwriter, musician and record producer, best known for his work with Robbie Williams. Education Chambers attended Quarry Bank Comprehensive School sixth form in Liverpool. From 18, he studied composition and piano at the Guildhall School of Music, London. Career Chambers joined World Party in 1986. He co-wrote 'Love Street' with Karl Wallinger on the band's album '' Goodbye Jumbo''. He appeared on The Mission's album '' Carved in Sand'', providing the orchestral arrangement and piano for the song "Grapes of Wrath", and was producer for the short-lived group Stress with their debut album. In 1992, Chambers formed his own band The Lemon Trees and wrote, produced and performed with them until they disbanded in 1995. The band only released one album - ''Open Book''. Brian Michael Higgins (born October 6, 1959) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for , serving since 2005. The district, numbered as the 27th district from 2005 to 2013 but as the 26th since 2013, includes Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Following the 2022 redistricting process, the district now stretches up to Lake Ontario, taking in all or parts of seven additional towns in Niagara County. Higgins is a member of the Democratic Party, and of several congressional committees and caucuses. Eva Marie Cassidy (February 2, 1963 – November 2, 1996) was an American singer and guitarist known for her interpretations of jazz, folk, and blues music, sung with a powerful, emotive soprano voice. In 1992, she released her first album, ''The Other Side'', a set of duets with go-go musician Chuck Brown, followed by the 1996 live solo album titled '' Live at Blues Alley''.
