Alex Valera
Alex Eduardo Valera Sandoval (born 16 May 1996), better known as Alex Valera, is a Peruvian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Peruvian Liga 1 club Universitario de Deportes and the Peru national team. Club career Valera began his career in 2016 in Molinos El Pirata. After Pirata was eliminated from the 2017 Copa Perú, he was signed by Carlos Stein. He returned to Pirata for the 2018 Copa Perú, where he scored seven goals and played a key role in the squad that won the title and promotion to professional football. However, Valera did not stay in the team because its board preferred to sign forwards with more experience. In 2019, he joined Deportivo Garcilaso for the 2019 Copa Perú, on request by manager Juan Carlos Bazalar, reaching the tournament's quarterfinals where Garcilaso was eliminated by Deportivo Llacuabamba. Chiclayo, Peru
Chiclayo (; mochica language, Mochica: ''Cɥiclaiæp'') is the principal city and capital of the Lambayeque region and Chiclayo Province in northern Peru. It is located from the Pacific coast, from the city of Trujillo, Peru, Trujillo, and from the country's capital, Lima. The city was originally founded by Spanish priests as "Santa María de los Valles de Chiclayo" in the 16th century, acting as a small town of passage and rest of travelers. 2019 Peruvian Promotion Play-offs
The 2019 Peruvian promotion play-offs or Cuadrangular de Ascenso 2019 will be held in December 2019 with all games being played at a neutral ground yet to be determined. The play-offs determined the third and fourth team to be promoted to the Liga 1 following that tournament's expansion. The teams placed 2nd and 3rd in the 2019 Liga 2 and 2019 Copa Perú will take part in the promotion play-offs. The top two placed team in the play-offs will gain promotion to the 2020 Liga 1 and the bottom two will qualify to the 2020 Liga 2. Club de Alto Rendimiento Especializado Independiente del Valle, known simply as Independiente del Valle, is a professional football club based in Sangolquí Ecuador that currently plays in the Ecuadorian Serie A. Alberto Abdiel Quintero Medina (born 18 December 1987) is a Panamanian professional footballer who plays for C.D. Plaza Amador and the Panama national team as a winger.
