Alex Tejera
Alexander Tejera (born January 29, 1996) is an American soccer player who plays as a forward for Stars FC in USL League Two. Career Youth Tejera attended Ossining High School, and was their youngest starter in varsity history and was named league MVP in addition to being an All-League and All-Section selection. Tejera also played with the New York Red Bulls academy from 2011 to 2014. College In 2014, Tejera committed to playing college soccer at Siena College. In his freshman season, he was named Second Team All-MAAC and only unanimous MAAC All-Rookie Team selection, College Soccer News Third Team All-Freshman selection, College Sports Madness MAAC Freshman of the Year, and was a NSCAA/Continental Tire All-Northeast Region Third Team honoree. Ossining ( ) is a town located along the Hudson River in Westchester County, New York. The population was 40,061 at the time of the 2020 census. It contains two villages, the Village of Ossining and part of Briarcliff Manor, the rest of which is located in the Town of Mount Pleasant. The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is an American men's association football, soccer league. The league is officially affiliated to the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) and has automatic qualification for the U.S. Open Cup. It is the successor of the Men's Premier Soccer League, a regional league originally based in the Western United States, which has now expanded nationwide to encompass teams from 29 states.
