Alessandro Criscuolo
Alessandro Criscuolo (15 July 1937 – 10 March 2020) was an Italian judge. He was List of Presidents of the Constitutional Court of Italy, President of the Constitutional Court of Italy between 12 November 2014 and 24 February 2016. He served as a Judge on the Court, between 2008 and 2017. Career Criscuolo was born in Naples. He was elected to the Constitutional Court by the Court of Cassation (Italy), Court of Cassation on 28 October 2008, and he was sworn in on 11 November 2008. Criscuolo was elected President of the Constitutional Court on 12 November 2014. He was elected with eight votes. He served as President until 24 February 2016. His term as Judge ended on 11 November 2017. Criscuolo died on 10 March 2020 in Naples. Giuseppe Tesauro
Giuseppe Tesauro (15 November 1942 – 7 July 2021) was an Italian jurist. He served as Advocate General at the European Court of Justice from 1988 until 1998. Tesauro was President of the Italian Competition Authority between 1998 and 2005. He subsequently was a judge at the Constitutional Court of Italy from 2005 until 2014, serving as its President from July 2014 until the end of his term. Career Tesauro was born in Naples. He graduated with a degree in law from the University of Naples Federico II in 1964. He became qualified to work as a lawyer and worked for the legal service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Tesauro was named a lecturer of international law at the University of Messina in 1969. He became professor international law in 1972 and continued until 1975. Paolo Grossi (29 January 1933 – 4 July 2022) was an Italian judge. He was President of the Constitutional Court of Italy between 24 February 2016 and 23 February 2018. Grossi served as Judge on the Court from 23 February 2009 to 23 February 2018. Career Grossi was born in Florence.
