Tire
A tire (North American English) or tyre (Commonwealth English) is a ring-shaped component that surrounds a Rim (wheel), wheel's rim to transfer a vehicle's load from the axle through the wheel to the ground and to provide Traction (engineering), traction on the surface over which the wheel travels. Argentine Workers' Central Union
The Argentine Workers' Central Union (, CTA) is a trade-union federation in Argentina. Its general secretary is Hugo Yasky. It was formed in 1991 when a number of trade unions disaffiliated from the General Confederation of Labour. Though the CTA is a left-wing-tendency organization, it is led by unionists with a kirchnerist viewpoint. There are also peronist, communist and trotskyist minorities.
