Aldgate Tube Station
Aldgate () is a London Underground station near Aldgate in the City of London. It is on the Circle line between and stations. It is also the eastern terminus of the Metropolitan line and the next station towards west is Liverpool Street. It is in Travelcard Zone 1. Aldgate was opened in 1876 with its entrance on Aldgate High Street. A station named opened nearby eight years later and is served today by the District and Hammersmith & City lines. Willesden Green Tube Station
Willesden Green () is a London Underground station on Walm Lane in Willesden. It is on the Jubilee line between Dollis Hill tube station, Dollis Hill and Kilburn tube station, Kilburn stations. Metropolitan line trains also pass through the station, but do not stop. The station is located in both Travelcard Zone 2 and Travelcard Zone 3, Zone 3. ''His Last Bow: Some Reminiscences of Sherlock Holmes'' is a 1917 collection of previously published Sherlock Holmes stories by British writer Arthur Conan Doyle, including the titular short story, " His Last Bow. The War Service of Sherlock Holmes" (1917). The collection's first US edition adjusts the anthology's subtitle to ''Some Later Reminiscences of Sherlock Holmes''. All editions contain a brief preface, by "John H. Hammersmith Tube Station (Circle And Hammersmith & City Lines)
Hammersmith is a London Underground station in Hammersmith, London. It is the western terminus of the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. The station is in Travelcard Zone 2. It is a short walk from the station of the same name on the Piccadilly and District lines. The two stations are separated by Hammersmith Broadway. They are about 60 m apart (200 ft) door to door, although the positions of the pedestrian crossings on the Broadway makes it farther on foot. The north of the two roundels is the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines station, the south one is the Piccadilly and District lines station. The Circle line has served Hammersmith since 13 December 2009. Tower Hill is a London Underground station in Tower Hill in the East End of London. It is served by the Circle and District lines, and is located in Travelcard Zone 1. Liverpool Street station, also known as London Liverpool Street, is a major central London railway terminus and connected London Underground station in the north-eastern corner of the City of London, in the ward of Bishopsgate Without. It is the terminus of the West Anglia Main Line to Cambridge and Ely; the Great Eastern Main Line to Norwich; commuter trains serving east London and destinations in the East of England, including the Weaver line of the London Overground; and the Stansted Express service to Stansted Airport. 7 July 2005 London Bombings
The 7 July 2005 London bombings, also referred to as 7/7, were a series of four co-ordinated suicide attacks carried out by Islamist terrorists that targeted commuters travelling on Transport in London, London's public transport during the morning rush hour. Three terrorists separately detonated three homemade bombs in quick succession aboard London Underground trains in Inner London. Later, a fourth terrorist detonated another bomb on a double-decker bus in Tavistock Square.
