Alberto Gómez Gómez (born December 12, 1956) is a figurative artist, painter and master print maker. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Gómez Gómez became a citizen of the United States on July 29, 2011. He is best known for producing monumentally scaled murals in the United States and Colombia. His art can also be found in private collections throughout the European capitals of Spain, Belgium, South Africa, Russia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Italy. His signature style depicts people, figures, and daily life. His works often address spiritual, social, philosophical, historical, and political events and issues, although often in a humorous way. Salsa music is a style of Latin American music, combining elements of Cuban and Puerto Rican influences. Because most of the basic musical components predate the labeling of salsa, there have been many controversies regarding its origin. Most songs considered as salsa are primarily based on son montuno and son cubano, with elements of cha-cha-chá, bolero, rumba, mambo, jazz, R&B, bomba, and plena. All of these elements are adapted to fit the basic Son montuno template when performed within the context of salsa. In photography, bokeh ( or ; ) is the aesthetic quality of the blur produced in out-of-focus parts of an image, whether foreground or background or both. It is created by using a wide aperture lens.
