The Albert is an Apple II clone released by Albert Computers, Inc., in 1983. Six models, comparable to the Apple IIe, were ultimately produced. Description Albert Computers, Inc. offered a "complete system" for approximately the price of a basic Apple IIe. This included 64k of RAM (192k max), upper and lower case, 256 colors (as opposed to the Apple IIe’s 16 colors), enhanced graphics, Analog RGB support, serial port, serial and parallel ports, a graphics tablet, graphics digitizer tablet, speech recognition, voice recognition, a software package (including word processor, spreadsheet, data manager, mailing list, word speller), 110/220v AC/DC power, and even an integrated battery backup (option). Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (Franz August Karl Albert Emanuel; 26 August 1819 – 14 December 1861) was the husband of Queen Victoria. Albert, originally Martinsburg, is a ghost town located southeast of Fredericksburg and west of the Blanco County line in southeastern Gillespie County, Texas, United States. The town was a stop on the Fredericksburg- Blanco stage route; in 1967, it became a stop on the President's Ranch Trail. In late October 2007, the town was put up for sale on the auction website eBay. Early history On December 15, 1847, a petition was submitted to create Gillespie County. The Rural Municipality of Albert is a former rural municipality (RM) in the Canadian province of Manitoba. It was originally incorporated as a rural municipality on December 1, 1905. It ceased on January 1, 2015 as a result of its provincially mandated amalgamation with the RM of Arthur and the RM of Edward to form the Municipality of Two Borders. It had a population of 339 in the 2006 census and was located in the Westman Region of the province. This primarily agricultural municipality was formed in 1905 by a subdivision of the Rural Municipality of Arthur.
