Alban Tafaj
Alban Tafaj (born 3 December 1971) is an Albanian former professional football manager and retired player. He played for both Albanian city rivals Partizani Tirana and Tirana. Playing career Born in Tirana, Albania, Tafaj played for hometown clubs Partizani Tirana and Tirana. He played at Partizani for five years, and at Tirana for nine. He won the Albanian Superliga six times as a player, one of them being with Partizani and the others with Tirana. Tafaj also won the cup and Supercup trophies with the two clubs. He retired in 2006 at the age of 35. Managerial career Following his retirement from professional football, Tafaj was offered a job in the back room staff at Tirana. He became the club's technical director but has also had to fill in as a caretaker manager when the club changed managers through the season. Tirana
Tirana ( , ; aln, Tirona) is the capital and largest city of Albania. It is located in the centre of the country, enclosed by mountains and hills with Dajti rising to the east and a slight valley to the northwest overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the distance. Due to its location at the Plain of Tirana and the close proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, the city is particularly influenced by a Mediterranean seasonal climate. Artur Lekbello
Artur Lekbello (born 23 February 1966) is an Albanian retired football midfielder. His nickname, ''Tushe'', is a short form of his first name. Playing career Club Lekbello played for Nëntori Tirana and left communist Albania in 1991, joining Greek side Aris Thessaloniki alongside fellow Nëntori and national team midfielder Mirel Josa. International He made his debut for Albania in an October 1987 European Championship qualification match against Romania and earned a total of 30 caps, scoring no goals. His final international was an October 1996 FIFA World Cup qualification match against Portugal. Managerial career On 15 September 2012, Lekbello was named the new manager of Tirana, replacing the Spaniard Julián Rubio. Three days later, he officially signed the contract with the club whom he started his professional career. 2001–02 Albanian Cup () was the 50th season of Albania's annual cup competition. It began on August 18, 2001 with the First Round and ended on June 1, 2002 with the Final match.
