Al Rigga or Al Riqqa () is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in the heart of eastern Dubai in Deira, Al Rigga is a residential and commercial centre. Al Rigga is bordered by Al Sabkha, Al Muraqqabat and Naif and bounded to the south by Dubai Creek. Deira () is a historically significant district within the U.A.E. city of Dubai. It is located at the northern end of Dubai Creek. History Deira is one of the oldest and most established areas of Dubai.
