Al Qadsiah FC
Al-Qadsiah () is a Saudi Arabian professional football club that competes in the Saudi Pro League. The team is based in the eastern city of Khobar and their home ground is the Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Stadium. History Al-Qadsiah have been a regular and uninterrupted participant in the Saudi Premier League since its inception in the inaugural 1976–77 season, their best ever top-flight season came in the 1980–81 season when they finished in 3rd place. Al-Qadsiah's most successful period in their history came in the early 90's when they won the 1991-92 Crown Prince Cup against Al-Shabab 4–2 on penalties to claim their first ever top flight title. The club's cup win qualified them for the Asian Cup Winners' Cup, where they reached the final to face South China whom they beat 6–2 on aggregate to clinch the 1993–94 title. The Eastern Province (Arabic: المنطقة الشرقية al-Mintaqah ash-Sharqīyah), also known as the Eastern Region, is a province in Saudi Arabia. The Prince Faisal bin Fahd Cup, formerly known as the Saudi Federation Cup, was an association football competition organized by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation. History The competition was founded in the 1975–76 season, with Al-Nassr as the first champion. Initially, it was for senior teams, but the rules were later changed to allow only players under 23 years of age. However, after a few years and a lack of spectator interest, the competition was reopened to players of all ages. In 2000, the name of the competition was changed from saudi federation Cup to its current title, a decision made to commemorate the late Prince Faisal bin Fahd. The 2009-10 edition was the final tournament for first teams. It was then changed to an Under-21 competition, counting for youth teams rather than the first team. The Saudi Crown Prince's Cup () was the oldest Saudi Arabian annual cup competition. History The cup was the oldest and first domestic football competition in Saudi Arabia; the first edition was held in 1956–57; five editions were played between regional teams and were not at the club level; the cup was not held in a lot of periods (1965-66'', ''1970-1972'', ''1975-1990). In its last years, the competition consisted of teams from the top two tiers of Saudi league football Saudi Pro League and Saudi First Division League. In 2017, it was abolished. Ohod Club
Ohod Club () is a Saudi Arabian professional football club based in Medina, which competes in the Saudi First Division League. History Ohod was named after Mount Uhud, hence the nickname "Al-Jabal". Ohod have won the Saudi First Division three times and have been runners-up five times. They play their home games at the Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Stadium.
