Al Jazira Club
Al Jazira Club () is an Emirati professional football club based in Abu Dhabi, that currently competes in the UAE Pro League. History Al-Jazira was established in 1974 as a merger between ''Khalidiyah'' and ''Al Bateen''. The club struggled to stay in the league, getting relegated on multiple occasions during the 1980s and 1990s, but experienced a recent success when Sheikh Mansour invested into them in the 2000s. 2011–12 UAE President's Cup
The 2011–12 UAE President's Cup is the 36th season of the UAE President's Cup, the premier knockout tournament for association football clubs in the United Arab Emirates. The tournament was changed from previous editions and featured all 12 clubs from the Pro League, and the top four teams of the Federation Cup (United Arab Emirates), Federation Cup. Karim Rekik
Karim Rekik (; born 2 December 1994) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a defender for UAE Pro League club Al-Jazira. Rekik came through the youth academy at Feyenoord, before joining Premier League side Manchester City who he signed on a professional terms in 2011. He would only make one appearance for City in the league over a four-year spell, spending time on loan with Portsmouth, Blackburn Rovers and PSV. In 2015 he signed for Marseille where he remained for several seasons before joining Hertha BSC. 2021 UAE Super Cup
The 2021 UAE Super Cup was the 14th professional and 20th overall UAE Super Cup, an annual football match played between the winners of the previous season's League and President's Cup. It was played between Al Jazira who won the league on the final day of the season and Shabab Al Ahli who defeated Al Nasr in the President's cup final.
