Al-Jazeera Club () is a Jordanian multisports club based in Amman. Founded in 1947, the team plays at Amman International Stadium. They compete in the Jordanian Pro League, the top flight of Football in Jordan, Jordanian football. History In the early 1940s, the club consisted of boys who shared common traits like age, social status, friendship, neighborhood, education and love for sports, especially football. Amman International Stadium
The Amman International Stadium () is a stadium in Al-Hussein City, Amman, Jordan. It was built in 1964 and opened in 1968. It is owned by the Government of Jordan and operated by the Higher Council of Youth. It is also the home stadium of the Jordan national football team and Al-Faisaly SC. It has a current capacity of 17,619 spectators. Usage In addition to Jordan's home games, the stadium hosts other games in Jordanian football including the Jordanian Pro League, Jordan FA Cup, Jordan FA Shield and Jordan Super Cup games. Al-Faisaly SC (Amman)
Al-Faisaly Sports Club () is a Jordanian professional football club based in Amman. Founded in 1932, the club competes in the Jordanian Pro League, the top flight of Jordanian football. Nicknamed "the Blue Eagles", they were founded as Al-Ashbal Club in 1932. They won 84 official titles, 35 league titles, 21 Jordan FA Cups and 17 Jordan Super Cups, being the record holder for all these competitions, 9 Jordan FA Shields and 2 AFC Cups. 2015 AFC Cup
The 2015 AFC Cup was the 12th edition of the AFC Cup, Asia's secondary club football tournament organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Johor Darul Ta'zim from Malaysia won the tournament after defeating Istiklol from Tajikistan in the final. AFC Cup
The AFC Champions League Two (abbreviated as the ACL Two or ACL2) is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation. It is the second-tier competition of Asian club football, ranked below the AFC Champions League Elite and above the AFC Challenge League. The competition was founded in 2004 as the AFC Cup, it was played primarily among clubs from nations that did not receive direct qualifying slots to the top-tier AFC Champions League. Jordan Premier League
The Jordanian Pro League () is a Jordanian professional league for men's football clubs and represents the top flight of Jordanian football. The championship consists of twelve competing teams in a home and away league system. The league was not held in the years: 1948, 1953, 1957, 1958, 1967, 1968, 1969, and not finished in 1998. In 2002, the league changed calendar to a fall spring season, and in 2020 the league returned to a spring fall season. From the 2023-24 season, the JFA decided to return to the fall spring calendar to match the date of the league with the Asian championships.
