Akbar Radi
Abar Radi or Akbar Rādi ( fa, ; 2 October 1939 – 26 December 2007) was an Iranian playwright. He completed his studies at the University of Tehran in social sciences. He published his first story, ''Rain'', in 1959. ''Melody of a Rainy City'', ''The Descent'', ''The Fishermen'', ''Death in Autumn'', ''From behind the Glasses'', ''The Glorious Smile of Mr. Gil'', and ''Beneath the Saqqakhaneh Passage'' are among his well-known works. The 68-year-old playwright whose works have been compared with those of Anton Chekhov and Henrik Ibsen died in a Tehran hospital on December 26, 2007. Life Radi was born to a middle-class family and was raised in the city of Rasht, where he lived the first eleven years of his life until his father, the owner of a confectionery factory, went bankrupt. Flag Of Iran
The national flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran ( fa, پرچم ایران, Parčam-e Irân, ), also known as the tricolor ( fa, پرچم سهرنگ ایران, Parčam-e se rang-e Irân, link=no, ), is a tricolour comprising equal horizontal bands of green, white and red with the national emblem ("Allah") in red centred on the white band and the takbir written 11 times each in the Kufic script in white, at the bottom of the green and the top of the red band. After the Iranian Revolution of 1979, the present-day flag was adopted on 29 July 1980. Many Iranian exiles opposed to the Iranian government use alternate flags, including the tricolor flag with the Lion and Sun at the center, or the tricolor without additional emblems. Rasht ( fa, رشت, Rašt ; glk, Rəšt, script=Latn; also romanized as Resht and Rast, and often spelt ''Recht'' in French and older German manuscripts) is the capital city of Gilan Province, Iran. Mostafa Abdollahi
Mostafa Abdollahi (1955 – ) was a seminal Iranian stage and film actor, theater director, voice artist and theater instructor. He was widely recognized as an outstanding actor and the many productions that he directed provided him with a reputation as one of the leading theater directors in Iran. In 1979, he was admitted to the dramatic arts faculty of Tehran to start his education in the directing and acting program. Abdollahi established Koocheh (meaning alley in English) theater group in his birthplace in 1970. During 46 years of activity, he staged numerous plays both as an actor and as a director.
