Akasya Aslitürkmen
Akasya is a shopping mall and mixed-use development in Üsküdar, Istanbul, Turkey. The mall has a gross leasable area of 80,000 sqm and was developed on the site of a former car factory by SAF REIT in Acıbadem, a participation of Akiş REIT. The complex contains 1,357 residences as well as the shopping center, with around 250 stores including a hypermarket. The mall opened on March 6, 2014. Stores include department stores Beymen, Boyner and Vakko Vakko is a Turkish luxury fashion company founded by Vitali Hakko (d. 2007) survived by his son Cem Hakko. Üsküdar
Üsküdar () is a municipality and district of Istanbul Province, Turkey. Its area is 35 km2, and its population is 524,452 (2022). It is a large and densely populated district on the Anatolian (Asian) shore of the Bosphorus. Beymen is a chain of luxury department stores in Istanbul, Turkey, part of the Beymen Group owned by the Qatari investment fund Mayhoola for Investments. Boyner Group is one of two major groups, alongside Beymen Group, that grew out of Osman Boyner's textile and clothing manufacturing and retailing enterprises.
