Akamina Ridge
Akamina Ridge is a mountain in British Columbia, Canada. Description Akamina Ridge, elevation 2,600-metres (8,530-feet), is located in the extreme southeastern tip of British Columbia within Akamina-Kishinena Provincial Park. It is a spur trending west off the Continental Divide and is part of the Clark Range in the Rocky Mountains. It is situated west of Cameron Lake and northeast of Upper Kintla Lake along the Canada–United States border. Precipitation runoff from the ridge's slopes drains into tributaries of the North Fork Flathead River. Topographic relief is significant as the summit rises 1,125 metres (3,690 feet) above Kintla Creek in two kilometres (1.2 mile). Access to this mountain is from the Akamina Pass Trail which starts at the Akamina Parkway in Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta. Scrambles In The Canadian Rockies
''Scrambles'' is the fifth studio album by Bomb the Music Industry!, released digitally and physically on February 15th, 2009. The album was released a year and a half after Get Warmer, making it the longest gap between the release of two chronologically adjacent Bomb the Music Industry! albums. Frontman Jeff Rosenstock aimed to record the album on a limited budget of $50; up to that point, the band had never spent that much money on the recording of an album. In 2019, to celebrate the album's 10th anniversary, a compilation of demos for the album was released by Rosenstock. Recording and composition In November 2007, the band announced they were in the demo and writing phase for their next album; alongside this, they posted a demo of "25" on their Myspace profile. Two-thousanders are mountains that have a height of at least 2,000 height above sea level, metres above sea level, but less than 3,000 metres. The term is used in Alpine circles, especially in Europe (e.g. German: ''Zweitausender''). Long Knife Peak () is located in the Clark Range, Glacier National Park in the U.S. state of Montana. Gardner Point is a mountain summit in Flathead County, Montana. Description Gardner Point is located in the northwest corner of Glacier National Park. It is set in the Livingston Range, west of the Continental Divide and 1.5 mile (2.4 km) south of the Canada–United States border. Precipitation runoff from the mountain drains into Kintla Creek which is a tributary of the North Fork Flathead River. Topographic relief is significant as the summit rises over above the eastern end of Upper Kintla Lake in 0.6 mile (1 km). Forum Peak
Forum Peak is a summit located on the border of Alberta and British Columbia on the Continental Divide. It is the southernmost mountain in the Canadian Rockies, situated only 500 metres north of the Canada–United States border. It was named after Forum Lake below the mountain. It is visible from the end of Highway 5 at Cameron Lake, which is within Waterton Lakes National Park, and the mountain is on the park's southwest border. The Laramide orogeny was a time period of mountain building in western North America, which started in the Late Cretaceous, 70 to 80 million years ago, and ended 35 to 55 million years ago.
