Ajudanieh
Ajudanieh () is a neighbourhood in northern Tehran, Iran. Ajudanieh is located in Niavaran district. The south end of the street leads to the Aghdasieh neighbourhood, while the north end leads to Darabad. History Ajodanieh used to belong to the Qajar nobleman, Agha Reza Khan Eghbal al-Saltaneh. He was the special Ajodan of Naser al-Din Shah Qajar Naser al-Din Shah Qajar (; ; 17 July 1831 – 1 May 1896) was the fourth Shah of Qajar Iran from 5 September 1848 to 1 May 1896 when he was assassinated. Darabad, Tehran
Darabad () is a quarter in northeastern Tehran, the capital city of Iran. Darabad is a former village and a summit on the slopes of the Alborz mountain range to the northeast of Tehran, which has become part of the Greater Tehran area as a result of rapid expansion of the Tehran metropolis. Many people use Darabad as the starting point for hiking the southern slopes of Alborz, especially in the summer. Niavaran
Niavaran () is an affluent and upperclass district in northern Tehran, Iran. Bordering leafy, uphill-winding Darband Street, it can be reached from Tajrish Square, and is close to Darabad in the far north-eastern corner of Greater Tehran. Culture The aqueduct of flumes was the base for Niavaran district nearly hundreds years ago, this led to the extensive flourish of this land and consequently superb conditions for living. Qajar Dynasty
The Qajar family (; 1789–1925) was an Iranian royal family founded by Mohammad Khan (), a member of the Qoyunlu clan of the Turkoman-descended Qajar tribe. Naser Al-Din Shah Qajar
Naser al-Din Shah Qajar (; ; 17 July 1831 – 1 May 1896) was the fourth Shah of Qajar Iran from 5 September 1848 to 1 May 1896 when he was assassinated. During his rule there was internal pressure from the people of Iran, as well as external pressure from the British empire and the Russian empire. He granted many concessions, most importantly the Reuter concession and the Tobacco concession. He allowed the establishment of newspapers in the country and made use of modern forms of technology such as telegraph, photography and also planned concessions for railways and irrigation works. Despite his modernizing reforms on education, his tax reforms were abused by people in power, and the government was viewed as corrupt and unable to protect commoners from abuse by the upper classes which led to increasing anti-governmental sentiments.
