Ajeya Raj Sumargi is chair of the Muktishree group of companies. He is also the executive director of the Nepal Satellite Telecom Pvt. Ltd. ( Hello Nepal), which is a GSM-based European JV cellular services provider company launched in 2007 from the Mid-West region of Nepal. He is also the promoting director of the telecommunication company the Ncell Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Spice Nepal Pvt. Ltd.) with the brand name Mero Mobile, now Ncell, which started its operations with an investment of two billion. Investments On 22 December 2013 Sumargi announced at a press release that his company would invest 23 billion NRS. Hetauda
Hetauda (, ) is a sub-metropolitan city in Makwanpur district of Bagmati Province in central Nepal. It is the administrative headquarters of the Makwanpur district and the capital of Bagmati Province as declared by a majority (105 out of 110) of the Provincial Assembly Members on 12 January 2020. Hetauda is one of the largest cities in Nepal. At the 2015 Nepal census, it had a population of 153,875 people. The city's population grew to 195,951 in 2021. Ncell () is a mobile service provider from Nepal. It is Nepal's largest company in terms of revenue market share and second largest telecommunications company, after Nepal Telecom in terms of subscriber base.
