AirPlus International GmbH is a global corporate payment provider offering payment and data services for corporate travel management, procurement, and travel trade. Originally a subsidiary of Lufthansa Group, the company was acquired by SEB Kort in July 2024. The United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division is a division of the U.S. Department of Justice that enforces U.S. antitrust law.
