Ahkan
Clement Foh Baah, born (February 1988) is a Ghanaian musician and songwriter known as Ahkan and Osrane. He is a member of the music group Ruff n Smooth with Ricky Nana Agyemang (aka Bullet), manager of Dancehall act Ebony Reigns. Early life Ahkan is the third of six children. He was born and raised in Accra to his mother Felicia Nyantaktiwaah. Ahkan started singing as a teenager while studying at Asamankese Methodist. His high school certificate was gained from O'Reilly Senior High School in Accra. Ahkan continued at Takoradi Technical University and studied Commercial Arts. There he began writing songs for other artists. Music career Osrane was discovered in 2001 with singles including ''Ohi Niwa and Suro Nipa''. In early 2005, he had a breakthrough song dubbed 'Eye Asem' (Your Wife & Your Mother, song produced by Morris Babyface.) Osrane then met Bullet to form a group. Ruff N Smooth
Ruff n Smooth is a Ghanaian-based music group made up of Ruff/Bullet (Ricky Nana Agyemang) & Smooth/ Ahkan (Clement Baah Foh). Although both have been on the music scene for a while, it was not till they formed an alliance that they both gained prominence. Prior to this alliance, Bullet was formerly known as Etuo Aboba (meaning Bullet) and Ahkan known as Osrane (meaning Moon). Music career Their debut album as a group has the song "Swagger",. Afrobeats
Afrobeats (not to be confused with Afrobeat or Afroswing), or Afro-pop or Afro-fusion (or Afropop or Afrofusion), is an umbrella term to describe popular music from West Africa and the diaspora that initially developed in Nigeria, Ghana, and the UK in the 2000s and 2010s. Afrobeats is less of a style per se, and more of a descriptor for the fusion of sounds flowing out of Ghana and Nigeria. Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng (16 February 1997 – 8 February 2018), known by her stage name Ebony Reigns, was a Ghanaian dancehall/Afrobeats artist known for her hit songs "Poison" and "Kupe". She was discovered by Bullet from Ruff n Smooth. Early life and education Ebony Reigns was born Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, affably known as Nana Heemaa (Oheema) by her close relatives, in Dansoman, a suburb of Accra. Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., (born 17 October 1984) is a Ghanaian reggae-dancehall artist. He is known by his stage name Shatta Wale, formerly Bandana.
