Against All Odds (2021)
The 2021 Against All Odds was a professional wrestling event produced by Impact Wrestling. It took place on June 12, 2021, and aired exclusively on Impact Plus. It was held at Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, except for the main event, which was held at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida. It was the 10th event under the Against All Odds chronology and the first to be held since the 2019 event. Nine matches were contested at the event. In the main event, Kenny Omega defeated Moose to retain the Impact World Championship. In other prominent matches, Violent By Design ( Deaner and Rhino) defeated Decay (Black Taurus and Crazzy Steve) to retain the Impact World Tag Team Championship, Joe Doering defeated Satoshi Kojima, and Deonna Purrazzo defeated Rosemary to retain the Impact Knockouts Championship. Impact Wrestling (stylized as ''IMPACT! Wrestling''), is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Nashville, Tennessee. It is a subsidiary of Anthem Sports & Entertainment. Founded by Jeff and Jerry Jarrett in 2002, the promotion was initially known as NWA: Total Nonstop Action (''NWA-TNA'') and was associated with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), though not an official member. Violent By Design (professional Wrestling)
The Design (originally known as Violent By Design or VBD) is a villainous professional wrestling stable in Impact Wrestling, led by Deaner and also consisting of Angels and Kon. Joe Doering, another member of the stable, is currently inactive. They are former two-time Impact World Tag Team Champions. The stable was formed on November 14, 2020 at the Turning Point event, where Doering debuted as Eric Young's enforcer. The group would later be expanded with the additions of Deaner and Rhino. Rhino was kicked out of the stable in September 2021. After Joe Doering's brain cancer returned, he would go on hiatus from professional wrestling in September 2022. This is a list of pay-per-view (PPV) events held by the American professional wrestling promotion Impact Wrestling. From its inception, Impact Wrestling's main output was a two-hour weekly program broadcast exclusively on pay-per-view. Their first event was held on June 19, 2002 in Huntsville, Alabama; the last of these shows aired on September 8, 2004. The Young Bucks are an American professional wrestling tag team and promoters, consisting of brothers Matthew and Nicholas Massie, who are known by their ring names Matt and Nick Jackson, respectively. The Impact Knockouts World Championship is a women's professional wrestling world championship owned by Impact Wrestling. It is primarily contested for in Impact's women's division, known as the Impact Knockouts. The championship debuted on October 14, 2007 at the Bound for Glory pay-per-view (PPV) event under the name TNA Knockouts Championship until the promotion changed its name in March 2017, then added the world status in 2021.
