Afsar Javanshirov
Afsar Bayram oghlu Javanshirov ( az, Əfsər Bayram oğlu Cavanşirov, November 8, 1930 — May 20, 2006) was an Azerbaijani composer, Honored Art Worker of the Azerbaijan SSR. Biography Afsar Javanshirov was born on November 8, 1930, in the Horadiz village. In 1948, he graduated from high school and children's music school No. 2. He graduated from the Baku Music College in 1952. In the same year he was admitted to the composition faculty of the Hajibeyov Azerbaijan State Conservatoire, in 1958 he graduated from the class of Professor Jovdat Hajiyev. He was the art director of the "Bənövşə" children's choir and dance ensemble of the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company. Fuzuli District
Fuzuli District ( az, Füzuli rayonu) is one of the 66 districts of Azerbaijan. It is located in the south-west of the country and belongs to the Karabakh Economic Region. The district borders the districts of Khojavend, Aghjabadi, Beylagan, Jabrayil, and the Ardabil Province of Iran. Its capital is Fuzuli, however since the city is completely ruined following the First Nagorno-Karabakh War, the current '' de facto'' capital is Horadiz until Fuzuli is rebuilt. Ahmad Jovdat Ismayil oglu Hajiyev (June 18, 1917 - January 18, 2002) was one of the major Azerbaijani composers of the Soviet period. He is remembered for his monumental orchestral works, having been the first Azerbaijani to compose a symphony (1936). AzTV or Azerbaijan Television ( az, Azərbaycan Televiziyası) is a state-controlled national television channel in Azerbaijan.
