Marcia Louise Fudge (born October 29, 1952) is an American attorney and politician serving as the 18th United States secretary of housing and urban development since 2021. Ronald de Lugo (August 2, 1930 – July 14, 2020) was an American politician. He was the first Delegate from the United States Virgin Islands to the United States House of Representatives.
