Adrian Curiel Dominguez (born January 12, 1999) is a Mexican professional boxer, who formerly held the International Boxing Federation (IBF) light flyweight championship, retaining the title from November 2023 to February 2024. Professional career Curiel turned professional in 2016 and compiled a record 23–4–1 before facing & defeating Sivenathi Nontshinga to win the IBF light flyweight title. Iztacalco
Iztacalco () is a borough (''demarcación territorial'') in Mexico City. It is located in the central-eastern area and it is the smallest of the city's boroughs. The area's history began in 1309 when the island of Iztacalco, in what was Lake Texcoco, was settled in 1309 by the Mexica who would later found Tenochtitlan, according to the Codex Xolotl. The island community would remain small and isolated through the colonial period, but drainage projects in the Valley of Mexico dried up the lake around it. Joselito Velázquez Altamirano (born 30 September 1993 in Santo Domingo Zanatepec) is a Mexican professional boxer. As an amateur, he won gold medals at the 2011 and 2015 Pan American Games, and represented Mexico at the 2016 Olympics.
