Adonijah Reid
Adonijah Reid (born August 13, 1999) is a Canadian soccer player who currently plays for Pacific FC in the Canadian Premier League. Early life Reid began playing youth soccer with Caledon SC, in 2005. Afterwards, he joined ANB Futbol Academy, where he played for six years. In 2014 and 2015, he had trials with French clubs OGC Nice and Lyon, and also had trials with clubs in Italy and Spain. However, as he was not a European citizen, he was unable to remain in Europe. Club career In 2015, at age 16, he played with ANB Futbol in League1 Ontario. He finished as the league's joint highest goalscorer as a 16 year old with 20 goals in 20 appearances earning joint Golden Boot honours. He was also named the league's Young Player of the Year and was named a First Team All-Star. In January 2017, Reid signed a Generation Adidas contract with Major League Soccer, being part of the first Generation Adidas Canada class. New York Red Bulls II is an American professional soccer team based in Montclair, New Jersey. They are the reserve team of the New York Red Bulls and play in MLS Next Pro, the third tier in the American soccer pyramid. The ''Ottawa Sun'' is a daily newspaper in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is published by Sun Media. It began publication in 1983 as the ''Ottawa Sunday Herald'', until it was acquired by (then) Toronto Sun Publishing Corporation in 1988. In April 2015, Sun Media papers were acquired by Postmedia. Charlotte Independence is an American soccer team based in Charlotte, North Carolina that plays in the USL League One, the third tier of the American soccer pyramid. The Independence currently play their home games at American Legion Memorial Stadium in the Elizabeth neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. The USL Championship (USLC) is a professional men's soccer league in the United States that began its inaugural season in 2011. The 2017 MLS SuperDraft was the eighteenth SuperDraft conducted by Major League Soccer. The SuperDraft is held each year in conjunction with the annual National Soccer Coaches Association of America convention.
