Adimakal Udamakal
''Adimakal Udamakal'' () is a 1987 Indian Malayalam-language social problem film directed by I. V. Sasi, written by T. Damodaran, and produced by Raju Mathew. The film stars Mohanlal, Mammootty, Nalini and Seema, with Ratheesh, Mukesh, Urvashi, Jagathi Sreekumar, Captain Raju, Lissy, Sukumari and Santhakumari playing supporting roles. Plot A trade Union is headed by Raghavan. Mill owner brings new manager Mohan Cheriyan to solve the company's issues with trade union leaders. Meanwhile, Indu, Mill owner's sister is attracted to Mohan. Nexus between politicians and factory owners is formed, who dump workers for their selfish deeds. When the company is about to lay off due to union problems, Raghavan suggests a new formula for solving the company issues and this saves the company. The issue is resolved. Raju Mathew
Raju Mathew ( – 12 November 2019) was an Indian film producer from Kerala. He produced 45 films. He was the owner of Century Films. Biography Mathew worked in an insurance company before coming to the film arena. Later he gave up the job and established Century Films in 1979. Then he began to produce films. He produced mainly Malayalam films. Besides Malayalam films he also produced a Hindi film titled '' Anokha Rishta''. '' Athiran'' was the last film which was produced by him. He was the president of the Kerala Film Chamber of Commerce. Mathew was married to Lily Mathew. Anjana Jacob and Ranjana Mathew are their daughters. Mathew died on 12 November 2019 at the age of 82. Lissy is an Indian actress, who has appeared primarily in Malayalam films, in addition to few Telugu, Hindi, Tamil movies and a Kannada movie too. K. N. Jagannatha Varma (1 May 1939 – 20 December 2016) was an Indian actor who worked in Malayalam film and television industry. He was also a Kathakali artist. Valsala Menon
Parakkulathil Vatsala (28 August 1939 – 21 November 2023) was an Indian Malayalam novelist, short story writer, and social activist from Kerala. She is a recipient of Ezhuthachan Puraskaram 2021, the highest literary honour by the government of Kerala. She is only the fifth woman to receive the award since its institution in 1993. Vatsala was also a recipient of Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award for her novel ''Nizhalurangunna Vazhikal'' (The Paths where Shadows Sleep). She has written over 25 short story collections and 17 novels. She is renowned for her distinct style of writing. Devan Sreenivasan (born 8 January 1952) is an Indian film and television actor and politician. He is known for his character roles, mostly as villain, in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and a few Kannada and Hindi films. He has starred in over 380 films. Janardhanan Pillai (born 5 May 1946), also known as Janardhanan Nair, is an Indian actor, producer and a former Indian Air Force personnel who predominantly acts in Malayalam films.
