Adhewada
Adhewada is a village in Bhavnagar Taluka of Bhavnagar district in Gujarat, India. The village is located on the northern bank of the Maleshree or Maleshvari River and about three miles south of Bhavnagar. History Adhewada was granted by Gohil Ramdasji to his son Sadulji, and his descendants are still surviving. Places of interest The Jajdia Hanuman derives its name from the deserted village of Jajdi and the temple stands on the ruined site. Now the temple is also referred as Zanzaria Hanuman temple. The temple was the place where Bapa Bajrangdas was born. Fulsariya Hanuman is also located near Zanzaria Hanuman its also huge Temple of Hanuman and lord Shiva. It is known for is kitchen which is open for pilgrims 24/7. Rata Khada Khodiyar is Also opposite there. There is very famous temple called vithelshwar mahadev located in Adhewada. Bhavnagar District
Bhavnagar District is a district of southeastern Gujarat, India, on the Saurashtra peninsula. It is also known as Gohilwar as a major portion of Bhavnagar district was ruled by Gohil Rajputs. The administrative headquarters is in the town of Bhavnagar. Geography Bhavnagar District covers an area of over 8334 km2. The coastal area is mostly alluvium. Bhavnagar
Bhavnagar is a city in the Bhavnagar district of the Saurashtra region of Gujarat, a state of India. It was founded in 1723 by Bhavsinhji Takhtasinhji Gohil (1703–1764). It was the capital of Bhavnagar State, which was a princely state before it was merged into the Indian Union in 1948. It is now the administrative headquarters of the Bhavnagar district. Bhavnagar is situated 190 kilometres away from the state capital Gandhinagar and to the west of the Gulf of Khambhat. It has always been an important city for trade with many large and small scale industries along with the world's largest ship breaking yard, Alang which is located 50 kilometres away.
