Adastra Films is a film production and distribution company based in Cannes, France. It was founded in March 2008 by Sébastien Aubert and David Guiraud. History Adastra Films develops films (fiction, animation or documentaries) by French and international artists, from the scriptwriting to the promotion in festivals. The company produces in 2014 its first full-length movie called Brides (2014 film) that has been selected in the Panorama Section of the 64th Berlin International Film Festival among movies such as Yves Saint Laurent (film) and famous directors, such as Michel Gondry, or Tsai Ming-liang. CinemadaMare Film Festival
CinemadaMare Film Festival is the annual film festival for youth amateur short movie makers that is held in Italy. The event was first held in 2003. During the event, groups of participants travel along several cities of Southern Italy residing in locations such as schools turned into hostels. They are holding seminars, shooting movies on the go as well as nominating previously shoot works, and participating with them in movie competitions. The festival lasts about a month and a half ending up with awarding a set of prizes. Usually the event is attended by people from about 50 countries of the world. Some seminars are held with the participation of professional filmmakers such as Mario Monicelli, Krzysztof Zanussi, Wim Wenders, Ken Loach and others. Vincent Diderot (born 28 October 1980, Toulouse, France) is a French film director. Biography After graduating in visual and performing Arts, he devoted himself to short film directing. Influenced by the painters Jackson Pollock, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Francis Bacon, as well as by the film directors David Lynch, Stanley Kubrick, Tim Burton, Terry Gilliam, his first short films, ''Louise'' and ''Sirène'', are experimental.
