Adam Langley-Khan
Adam Langley-Khan (born 24 May 1985) is a British racing driver of Pakistani descent. History Khan began racing with an intensive course at the BRDC Silverstone Racing School in 2001, and jointly competed in several Junior Formula Ford races. The following year he participated in four races through a scholarship class in the BRDC Formula 3 Winter Series. In May 2003, Eddie Jordan endorsed Adam Khan's career when Khan was 17 years of age for the 2003 Formula Renault V6 Eurocup. In October same year, he joined Performance Racing programme. Grand Prix 2005–06 After the launching of A1 Team Pakistan, Nur Ali was the first driver to be named in the inaugural 2005–06 A1 Grand Prix season, but was replaced before the first round with Adam Khan. Bridlington
Bridlington (previously known as Burlington) is a seaside town and civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is on the Holderness part (Flamborough Head to the Humber estuary) of the Yorkshire Coast by the North Sea. The town is about north of Kingston upon Hull, Hull and east of York. 2003 German Formula Three Championship
The 2003 ATS Formel 3 Cup was a multi-event motor racing championship for single-seat open wheel formula racing cars that held across Europe. The championship featured drivers competing in two-litre Formula Three racing cars built by Dallara which conform to the technical regulations, or formula, for the championship. It was the inaugural edition of the ATS F3 Cup. It commenced on 3 May at Oschersleben and ended at the same place on 12 October after eight double-header rounds. JB Motorsport driver João Paulo de Oliveira became the first and only Brazilian champion. He dominated the season, winning all but three races. Sven Barth won Rookie title and one of the races to finish the season as runner-up with 138-point gap to de Oliveira. Enrico Toccacelo
Enrico Toccacelo (born 14 December 1978 in Rome) is an Italian former auto racer with karting, GT and Formula 3000 experience. He won three F3000 events and briefly led Vitantonio Liuzzi in the 2004 championship before Liuzzi went on to win the next three races. He finished runner-up, but, unable to land a Formula One seat, raced in the World Series by Renault series in 2005. From the 2005 Turkish Grand Prix he was the third driver with Minardi, appearing in Friday practice sessions for three Grand Prix weekends. He raced in the inaugural season of A1 Grand Prix with A1 Team Italy, also appearing as a guest driver for A1 Team Pakistan after they were unable to find a driver at the South African round at Durban. 2005–06 A1 Grand Prix Of Nations, South Africa
The 2005–06 A1 Grand Prix of Nations, South Africa was an A1 Grand Prix race, held on the weekend of 29 January 2006 at a street course in Durban, South Africa. This was the only street course of the 2005–06 A1 Grand Prix season. Report Practice The first practice session was wet, and the second was wetter. Both were interrupted by several red flags. Ananda Mikola driving for A1 Team Indonesia was fastest in the first session with a time of 1:28.477. Will Davison from A1 Team Australia was fastest in the second session with a time of 1:30.520. During the third practice, on Saturday, A1 Team Pakistan driver Adam Khan was involved in a serious crash, forcing a helicopter flight to the nearest hospital for precautionary CT scans. Brands Hatch
Brands Hatch is a motor racing circuit in West Kingsdown, Kent, England, United Kingdom. Originally used as a grasstrack motorcycle circuit on farmland, it hosted 12 runnings of the British Grand Prix between 1964 and 1986 and currently hosts many British and International racing events. The venue is owned and operated by Jonathan Palmer's MotorSport Vision organisation. Circuit Brands Hatch offers two layout configurations. The 2005–06 A1 Grand Prix season was the inaugural season for the A1 Grand Prix series. It began on 25 September 2005, and finished on 2 April 2006 after eleven races. Nur B. Ali (Urdu: نو ر علی ) (born October 12, 1974 in Karachi, Pakistan) is a Pakistani American race car driver. He is the first Pakistani to become a professional racing driver, and a former two-time Southwest Formula Mazda Series Champion. Ali also drove in the A1 Grand Prix series for Team Pakistan. Early life Nur was interested in racing since he was four years old when he lived in Germany. He moved to Texas with his family when he was 8 years old and he currently resides in Dallas suburb of Irving. A1 Team Pakistan was the representative team of Pakistan in the former A1 Grand Prix motor racing series. Eddie Jordan
Edmund Patrick Jordan (30 March 1948 – 20 March 2025) was an Irish motorsport executive, broadcaster, racing driver and businessman. From to , Jordan served as founder and team principal of Jordan in Formula One. Born in Dublin, Jordan initially worked at the Bank of Ireland before he began kart racing aged 22, winning the Irish championship the following year and progressing to lower formulae. Between 1974 and 1979, he competed in Irish Formula Ford, Formula Three, Formula Atlantic and Formula Two. In 1979, he founded the eponymous Eddie Jordan Racing, who competed in International Formula 3000 from 1985 to 1991.
