Acacia Forgot is the stage name of Tyler Heavner (born October 9, 1996), an American drag performer and musician who competed on the seventeenth season of ''RuPaul's Drag Race''. Early life and education Heavner was born and raised in a Minnesota-origin musical family in San Jose, California. After being homeschooled, Heavner studied music therapy at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota. After earning a degree, Heavner worked at Mount Sinai Hospital's neonatal intensive care unit in Manhattan, New York as a music therapist. Early life Peet discovered drag after playing around with makeup while attending drama school at East 15 Acting School. Peet is a victim of child sexual exploitation. In 2012, at the age of 13, he was groomed by an older man who claimed to be 18–19 years old after befriending him on Facebook, leading to the pair meeting up and beginning a romantic and sexual relationship.
