Absolute Flash
''Absolute Flash'' is a superhero comic book series published by DC Comics, based on the character of The Flash. The series is written by Jeff Lemire and illustrated by Nick Robles, and began publication on March 19, 2025, as part of DC's Absolute Universe (AU) imprint. It is the fourth title from the Absolute Universe, and the first title of the second wave of Absolute comics released in 2025. Premise A young Wally West must understand and train with his powers. Unlike most interpretations of the Flash, there is no Speed Force or Flash family. Absolute Universe
The Absolute Universe (AU) is an imprint of American comic books overseen by writer Scott Snyder and published by DC Comics. The comics take place in a shared universe designated Alpha-World as part of the DC Comics multiverse, featuring reimagined and modernized versions of the company's superhero characters from the DC Universe. The imprint is part of the DC All In initiative, debuting in the aftermath of the 2024 '' Absolute Power'' crossover event. Wally West
Wallace Rudolph "Wally" West is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics as the original Kid Flash and the third Flash (DC Comics character), Flash. His power consists mainly of speedster (fiction), superhuman speed. The nephew of Iris West, he first appeared in ''Flash'' #110 (1959), which depicted his transformation into Kid Flash. Under the mantle of Kid Flash, Wally was depicted as a teenage sidekick to his uncle-by-marriage, Barry Allen, and a founding member of the Teen Titans. Jeff Lemire
Jeff Lemire (; born March 21, 1976) is a Canadian comic book writer, artist, and television producer. He is the author of critically acclaimed titles including the '' Essex County Trilogy'', '' Sweet Tooth'', and '' The Nobody''. The Flash is the name of several superheroes appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics.
