Abis, Philippines
Mabinay, officially the Municipality of Mabinay, is a municipality of the Philippines, municipality in the Philippine Province, province of Negros Oriental, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 82,953 people , making it the most-populous municipality in Negros Oriental. History Folklore has it that a woman named Binay fell in love with the son of her father's rival chieftain. Her father ended the affair by having her lover killed. Binay grieved. Mother Nature took the weeping maiden into her bosom. Where Binay was laid to rest, a spring broke forth. According to the legend, she weeps to this day, feeding Mabinay Spring, one of the town's many alluring attractions. Beheira ( ', , "the governorate of the Lake") is a coastal governorates of Egypt, governorate in northern Egypt. Lucio Abis
Lucio Abis (24 February 1926 – 20 December 2014) was an Italian politician from Oristano who was part of the Christian Democrats. Biography Abis was born 24 February 1926 in Oristano. Prior to entering politics he was a teacher. He joined the Christian Democracy in 1950. In 1952 he was elected municipal councilor of Villaurbana, of which he was also mayor from 1956 to 1963. He was regional councilor of Sardinia from 1957 to 1972, assessor for labor and education from 1963 to 1967 and assessor for the Renaissance from 1967 to 1969. He served as president of the Sardinia region from February to November 1970, then, from 1971 to 1972, he served again as assessor (agriculture and forests). He was Senator of the Republic for six legislatures, from April 1972 to March 1994, always elected in the constituency of Oristano. Mark Abis is an English singer-songwriter and musician. His album ''Changing Inside'', produced by Eg White was released on 13 June 2005 on the Serpent label. Nick Drake's record producer Joe Boyd became interested in the album and reviewed it saying: 'Going back to the mid-Sixties, I have heard more than any one man's share of singer-songwriters. So it takes a lot to get my attention. His melodies are original, his vocals warm and distinctive, a real musical sensibility is obvious, with literary lyrics to boot.
